To: The Potential home buyers.

Hello. Let me start out this letter of recommendation to assure you that you have picked one of the best Realtors in Florida (Linda Vorrath).
My husband and I have rented Houses and Apartments for 13+ years. We have noticed during our history of renting that there are some pretty bad landlords (slum lords) out there.
Granted there are some good ones but there is no way to find out who the bad ones are. Our last landlord planned to raise the rent an additional $200.00 when renewed our lease. This made us think about if we could manage to purchase our own house for the amount he wanted in rent. So we contacted a friend who got us in touch with Linda and a great Mortgage company (ERA). Linda asked a few questions about what we are looking for in a house over the phone. She was able to pull up a variety of houses for our first visit. We looked at older (1978) houses to brand new houses (2007) that were within our price range
($350,000 to $339,000).
The experience was great. She viewed the houses with us but allowed us to wonder around and look at things. We included her in our pros and con’s that we found so that she could keep that information in mind when pulling up listings for the houses. She would
give us her thoughts on the house as well (things we might not have known and or missed when we walked around the house).
After viewing the seven houses, we picked one that best suited our needs. Linda then helped us with the next steps in the process (making an offer, getting the place inspected (She has a great inspector) addendum, and closing). Linda has excellent communication skills and assured that if she got any information from the mortgage company, buyers, inspectors or a form that needed to be filled out that it went to the correct party and followed up with a phone call right away. By doing so it made the process run smoothly.
Once you become a client of Linda Vorrath you receive her commitment and dedication you deserve. She always returned our calls if we had any questions and or needed help finding
a contractor, inspector, insurance company, etc… She truly made our first time buying a house run smoothly and a very pleasant experience.
