My husband and I would like to recommend Linda Vorrath as a real estate agent to anyone moving to the Boca Raton / West Palm Beach area.  Linda quickly gained an insight into exactly what my husband, son, and I wanted and needed in a home.  We were relocating from Tennessee and had no feel for the South Florida area until we spent a weekend touring homes and neighborhoods with her.  She really worked for us and had our best interests at heart!
 
About two weeks before we were scheduled to move to Florida, Linda found our perfect home.  She not only pulled the floor plan, survey, and MLS information together, but she actually drove over to the property and created a virtual tour of the home for us!  We made an offer on the home sight-unseen while we were still in Tennessee (except of course, for the online photos and wonderful virtual tour).  The home and neighborhood are even more wonderful in person and the location is ideal for us.  We couldn't be happier with our experience and owe that all to Linda!
