Things have finally calmed down a little bit and I wanted to write you a thank you note for all of your help these last few months. As you know, I tried to sell my home by owner for several months, but was unsuccessful. Then, I listed my home with another realtor for 5 months, but he was unable to sell it. Thank goodness I found you! Even though it was getting to the time of year where sales are more difficult, you were able to sell my home for me and get a price that I was happy with.

Since then, you have gone above the call of duty in many ways. You should definitely receive some kind of award for service excellence, if your company has one. I wish you could have helped me find a home in Miami; I know we would have found one a lot sooner.

But, as you know, I finally did find a home in Miami and just moved in this past Saturday. Last night I had to go to Home Depot to pick up some things for my new home and used the Home Depot gift card you had given me. I was more than a little surprised when the cashier ran the card through the machine. Your gift was very generous and I really appreciate it!

Believe me when I say that you are the best realtor I have ever worked with and I wish you all the best in the future.
