Both Janette and I would like to thank you for all your hard work in selling our home. We were especially impressed with your regular weekly updates and your willingness to get involved with the movers, subcontractors, etc. knowing we couldn’t handle these things 1200 miles away in P.A. you even forwarded a package to me which mistakenly went to our old address and paid for it out of your own pocket!
Thank you for advising us to hold firm on our price during the final offer-counter offer- we were ready to take the money and run and you convinced us to hold out. That advice probably saved us $5,000.00!
