Hi Linda: Whether this particular deal works out or not, I still want to commend you on your professionalism. As you know, many times it’s almost impossible to get information from some listing agents (a copy of a survey, the seller disclosure, homeowner association phone numbers, etc). You always returned my calls promptly and responded to whatever information I needed. I just had to take a moment and thank you for that.
