Hi Linda,

I haven't come down from the clouds yet - Joy just had lunch with us and she's just as happy!! I want to thank you so much for all the hard work you did for us - you are the best in the business and John and I really appreciate all you did - I trusted you from the very beginning and you never let me down!!!!! I'm sure there are things to sign and other things to do, but for today I am just so happy and thankful I was lucky enough to have you for our Realtor!!!!
